Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership

The International Center for Spirit at Work is pleased to announce a new association with the Graduate Institute and the Center for Leadership Studies and their Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership.

This accredited program is a unique and non- traditional educational experience that focuses on helping leaders to develop others while deepening their own leadership abilities. This program is different from an MBA program because the focus is completely on organizational leadership.

It is also different because of the depth of self- awareness and consciousness that is supported in the program through the classes, through individual coaching, and through work on a breakthrough project.

We are now directly involved in program delivery and on the core faculty with a focus on incorporating spirituality in the workplace as part of the curriculum.

In this free teleconference workshop, ICSW board member and 2007 ISAW Conference presenter, Cindy Wigglesworth, explains several options for selecting the language to use depending on your own personal and business goals as the change agent, and the organization's goals and developmental stage. You will have a list of options for how to approach this topic that represents authentically "skillful means." Learn more about Cindy.
