Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership
The International Center for Spirit at Work is pleased to announce a new association with the Graduate Institute and the Center for Leadership Studies and their Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership.
This accredited program is a unique and non- traditional educational experience that focuses on helping leaders to develop others while deepening their own leadership abilities. This program is different from an MBA program because the focus is completely on organizational leadership.
It is also different because of the depth of self- awareness and consciousness that is supported in the program through the classes, through individual coaching, and through work on a breakthrough project.
We are now directly involved in program delivery and on the core faculty with a focus on incorporating spirituality in the workplace as part of the curriculum.

Judi Neals research points to five primary qualities in people who are Edgewalkers: (1) Self-awareness, (2) Passion, (3) Integrity, (4) Vision, and (5) Playfulness. This course helps participants to identify their strengths and areas for development in each of these areas. Each participant will also spend solo time in nature to seek a clearer personal vision of his or her next steps.
